Every AI avatar/profile has a Report button.
You can use this button directly from the AI’s profile or chat page to submit a report quickly and easily.

2. Email Report

You can also send a detailed report by email:

Please include the following details in your email (if possible):

  • Name of the AI character
  • Approximate date and time of the incident
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots (if available)
  • Your account email (if you are logged in)

What Can Be Reported?

You should report:

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful AI responses
  • Content that appears to violate our Community Guidelines
  • Attempts to generate illegal or prohibited content
  • Any behavior that feels abusive, harassing, or unsafe
  • Technical misuse or suspicious activity

What Happens After You Report?

  • Our team will review the report as soon as possible.
  • We may take actions such as warning, content removal, temporary restriction, or permanent suspension of features.
  • In serious cases involving illegal content, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.
  • We do not share your identity with the reported party unless required by law.

False Reports

Please submit reports in good faith.
Repeatedly submitting false or malicious reports may result in action against your account.
