What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will review the complaint.
  • If the notice is complete and valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We may notify the user who posted the content (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

SoulChat AI reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
