Getting Started
How do I start chatting?
You can begin chatting immediately without creating an account. Just visit the website, choose an AI companion, and start the conversation.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest chatting is fully supported. Creating an account is optional and allows you to save preferences and access additional features.
Is SoulChat AI free?
Yes, the core chat experience is free. We may show advertisements to support the platform.
Using AI Companions
Are the characters real people?
No. All companions on SoulChat AI are artificial intelligence. They are clearly labeled as AI and are not real humans.
Can the AI remember my previous chats?
Memory depends on whether you are logged in and the specific settings of the character. Guest sessions may not retain long-term conversation history.
What topics can I talk about?
You can have casual, friendly, and entertainment-focused conversations. Please follow our Community Guidelines and avoid prohibited content.
Account Management
How do I create an account?
Click on the Login / Register option and follow the simple registration process using your email address.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. You will receive a reset link on your registered email.
How do I delete my account?
Please visit our Account Deletion page or email us at support@tech-information.in from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Safety & Reporting
What should I do if I see inappropriate content?
Please report it immediately by emailing support@tech-information.in with the subject “Community Report”. Include as much detail as possible.
Is my data safe?

Can I block or report an AI character?
You can stop chatting with any character at any time. For serious issues, please contact support.
Technical Issues
The website is not loading properly.
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser. If the problem continues, contact support.
Chat is not responding.
Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try starting a new chat or contact our support team.
I am seeing too many ads.
