Account Deletion – SoulChat AI

You can request permanent deletion of your SoulChat AI account at any time.

To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@tech-information.in from the same email address registered with your account.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
In the email body, include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if any)
- A clear statement that you want your account permanently deleted

Once we receive your request:

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner.
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
This process is usually completed within 7–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Please note:

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
All your chat history, preferences, and profile data linked to the account will be removed.
Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained only where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as security logs or legal compliance).

Guest users who never created an account do not need to request deletion.
If you have any active subscriptions or pending issues, please resolve them before requesting deletion.
After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in or recover any data associated with that account.
