Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are strictly not allowed:

  • Attempting to make AI companions pretend to be real humans or hide the fact that they are AI.
  • Generating, requesting, or sharing illegal content (including child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related content, or content that promotes real-world violence).
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language.
  • Spam, flooding, or abusive use of the chat system.
  • Attempting to bypass safety filters or jailbreak the AI for prohibited topics.
  • Impersonating SoulChat AI staff, other users, or official accounts.
  • Using the platform for scams, phishing, or any fraudulent activity.
  • Uploading or sharing malware, malicious links, or harmful code.
  • Any activity that violates Indian law or applicable international laws.

AI Companions Are Not Real People

All characters on SoulChat AI are artificial intelligence.
They do not have real feelings, personal lives, or the ability to meet you offline.
Any attempt to treat or present AI companions as real humans goes against the spirit and rules of this platform.

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it.

Consequences of Violations
